SUMMARY:Tactical Long Gun 202 (TLG202)
DESCRIPTION:Building on what you learned in TLG101\, TLG102\, and TLG201\, we will continue to build your speed with malfunction clearances and continue to work with the kneeling and prone platforms.  We will also build more distance and speed from the ready positions.  We will also continue to work multiple target engagements and transitions from your primary (rifle) to your secondary (handgun).  We will also introduce alternate shooting platforms and positions and movement. \nThis course will provide sustainment to your current skills and introduce/develop dynamic skills needed for competition shooting and dynamic self defense situations. \nPre-requisites:  Attendance in TSR101\, 102\, and TSR201 or equivalent course from a different trainer.  Attendance in a handgun holster class like DP101 or equivalent from another program.  Please contact the instructor for eligibility requirements. \nEquipment needs: \n\nModern sporting rifle with tactical sling\nrifle ammo carrying device (chest rig\, battle belt\, plate carrier WITH armor\, etc.)\nat least 5 mags for Rifle and 3 mags for Handgun\nhard sided handgun holster (no Serpa and No soft uncle mike’s type holsters). This is a non-negotiable safety rule.  If you have any questions\, Ask BEFORE the class. He is currently an NRA Training Counselor (pistol\, rifle\, shotgun\, home firearms safety\, CCW)\, NRA Refuse to be a Victim instructor (crime prevention course)\, NRA Chief Range Safety Officer\, an NRA LE Certified Instructor (pistol\, patrol rifle\, and shotgun)\, Sig Sauer Academy Certified Semi-Auto Pistol Instructor and a graduate of their Master Pistol Instructor and Pistol Mounted Red Dot Optics Instructor programs. He is also a Taser\, Pepper Spray\, Munio Self Defense Keychain\, AVERT and ALERRT active shooter response instructor\, Mental Health First Aid Provider instructor\, First Aid/CPR/AED instructor\, and Advanced Bleeding Control/Stop the Bleed certified instructor.  He believes in a holistic approach to self defense and he will be bringing many of these programs to the club.
